We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


 

International Orders

 

Relief Foods is not responsible for any packages rejected by your country's Customs Department. On any package returned to Relief Foods a refund will be issued. Shipping charges cannot be refunded for any reason.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

 

Because we strive for quick order turnaround generally are unable to accomodate changes to an order once it has been placed. Please contact customer service for inquiries on changes. Order cancellations, regardless of the reason, will result in a 15% restocking fee.

ALL Returns and Exchanges will be subject to the following policy.

 

  • ALL RETURNS & EXCHANGES must be accompanied by a valid sales receipt from Relief Foods.  Failure to provide the original sales receipt (proof of purchase) prohibits Relief Foods from accepting and processing a return or exchange for any reason - NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • ALL opened merchandise is subject to manufacturer's explicit warranty and may not be returned to the store; ALL unopened merchandise must be returned within 10 days of the date of purchase; unless otherwise noted below.
    • Appliances  - all returns on opened packages must be made within 3 days of the date of purchase; all returns on unopened packages must be made within 10 days of the date of purchase; after 10 days refer to manufacturer’s warranty.
    • Grocery - no returns accepted.
    • Books - no returns accepted.
    • Refrigerated or Perishable Supplements - no returns accepted.
    • Red Tag & Clearance - no returns accepted.
